Antwort is operated by Tanninen Consulting e.U.. Our company Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover accounts, payment, acceptable use, liability and data protection across all our products. This page adds what is specific to Antwort, and where the two differ, this page wins for Antwort.

What you buy

A single payment of €59, including VAT, gives you the complete German course: all lessons and permanent access to your progress and your vocabulary. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. When the course ends you may continue with the coach for €9 a month, including VAT. That is optional, you can cancel it at any time, and the course remains yours whether or not you take it.

Money back

For 30 days after payment you can ask for a full refund by writing to hello@antwort.app. No reason is required and no part of the course needs to be returned.

Fair use

The course is for one learner. Usage is generously capped behind the scenes; the caps exist only to stop abuse and a normal learner will never meet one.

What we promise and what we do not

The course is bounded: about 40 hours of practice designed to bring you to real conversations. It is not exam preparation, it does not award any qualification, and it does not guarantee a language certificate recognised by any authority.

Content still being written

Later phases of the course are authored progressively, ahead of the fastest learners, and the path is visible from your first day. If content you have paid for is not available when you reach it, the refund above applies regardless of how long ago you paid.

Law

Austrian law applies, as set out in the company Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
